How do I initiate a return?

If you decide that you aren't loving your Luxi then contact us and we will see if there is anything we can do to change that for you. If we can't then you would simply contact us letting one of our customer service representatives know that you are wanting to return your Luxi and we will arrange for the pickup, at no charge to you, and issue you a refund.
